The Hague Laan van NOI station lies on the border between The Hague and Voorburg. Intercity and Sprinter trains stop here, as do RandstadRail lines 3 and 4. Close to the station is the De Regenbogen business hub on the Jacques Perkstraat. The NWO building is also next to the station.
Old Voorburg: Oosteinde and Herenstraat
