Description

We currently have a unique unit of approximately 75 m² available. This is a multi-tenant business building where various sizes are available for rent, ranging from 25 m² to 300 m². Several parking spaces are still available for rent at the rear of the building. This location is in the Duinoord neighbourhood, in a nationally listed monumental building on the Sweelinckplein. The office space features, among other things, the following facilities, which are made available to the tenant free of charge: – current floor, wall and ceiling finishes; – cable ducts fitted with electrical and data cabling; – heating via radiators fitted with thermostatic valves; – sanitary facilities (shared); – kitchen, located in the hallway.
