Prices vary, but renting is possible from € 138,- (ST 5Y) to € 413,- (FT/1M) per employee per month, excluding VAT.

The prices include gas/water/electricity and other service costs, 1000 Mbit/sec up & down internet, reception, cleaning and garden maintenance, corporate branding, Hydration Pack, Vitality Pack (including, among other things, absenteeism, nutrition, and budget coaching), and use of the Boutique gym.

Rent review
Annually, for the first time one year after the lease commencement date, based on the change in the monthly index figure according to the consumer price index (CPI) series CPI-All Households (2015=100), published by Statistics Netherlands (CBS).
