Halfweg-Molenwatering is the largest business park in Spijkenisse. It lies in the north-west of the town, along the Groene Kruisweg. Most companies here have a link with the port of Rotterdam and the petrochemical industry. Office buildings stand on the Curieweg, among other streets. The businesses work together in the Halfweg-Molenwatering business improvement district (BIZ).

The location is practical by car. Here the Groene Kruisweg is the N218, which leads via the Hartelbrug to the A15. From the park you drive towards Rotterdam and the port area.
