With a total floor area of approximately 30,000 m², The Lobby offers various available office spaces across different floors, ranging from 1,500 m² to 3,172 m², providing room for companies of all sizes. The rental price for the office space is € 145 per m² per year, to be increased by VAT and service charges. Parking spaces are available at a rate of € 1,250 per parking space per year, to be increased by VAT.
