Villapark Rivium Parc Royale comprises around 10 small-scale buildings set in a park-like environment at Businesspark Rivium. The office villas are surrounded by water and greenery, making a refreshing break during the coffee break or lunch an excellent option. The offices are let per building or per floor, either in renovated shell condition or in their current condition with a well-usable fit-out package.
Tenants on the park can, for a fee, make use of facilities such as a staff restaurant and meeting facilities. The office villa park at Rivium Westlaan 1-19 is located in the Rotterdam agglomeration, directly on the A16 (Rotterdam-Dordrecht-Breda) at the foot of the Van Brienenoordbrug.

Location details

Rivium is also well served by public transport. There is a dedicated park shuttle with a stop 100 metres from the building, connecting the park to Kralingse Zoom metro station (8 min.) and Fascinatio/Brainpark III. In addition, the park shuttle will shortly be linked to the water bus, which will also have a stop at Rivium. Capelsebrug metro station is a short distance away and is connected to Rivium by bus lines 97 and 98. Rivium can also be reached by water taxi.
Overnight accommodation is available at the nearby Novotel and, of course, at the various 3- to 5-star hotels in the city. Erasmus University is just a few minutes away. Rotterdam city centre can be reached within 15 minutes by car. Schiphol Airport can be reached from Rotterdam Central Station within 30 minutes. Parking
On the private (lockable) grounds, sufficient parking spaces are available for rent based on a parking ratio of 1:50. Free on-street parking is available in the immediate vicinity at Businesspark Rivium.
Charging stations are also present on the private grounds.

VAT
VAT will be charged on the rental price. If VAT cannot be charged, a surcharge to be determined will apply to the above-mentioned rental prices.
