Description

Located on the Capelle XL business park is the well-connected Campus Delta location, consisting of five buildings with a total area of approximately 9,000 m² of office space in various sizes. These office spaces are part of the Campus Offices concept, which offers flexible and inspiring work and meeting spaces with a range of facilities. Tenants can make use of shared meeting rooms in each building, and every building has its own social hub, including a games room, fitness room, library, lunch area and pitch room. All tenants can use every facility free of charge under a fair-use policy. Rented spaces can be delivered turn-key, including all desired furniture and dividers.

Campus Offices believes that the working environment should stimulate an organisation’s development, and therefore offers an office environment that adapts to the organisation’s growth. The concept is modular, and every location has office facilities that optimally support tenants’ activities. As a tenant, you have access to all facilities at every location, allowing you to hold meetings in another city, or exercise or work at another location, for example. The offering differs per location, and all facilities are included in the price.

Although this involves five separate buildings, they are connected to one another by a boardwalk along the water. Free internet access (Wi-Fi and/or LAN) is available, and coffee and tea are provided in every building. In addition, all visitors can park free of charge.

Campus Delta is located in Capelle aan den IJssel, next to Rotterdam. The Campus sits on the Capelle XL business park, between the A20 and the Hoofdweg. By car, you can easily reach the office building via exit 16 (Capelle aan den IJssel) on the A20. Train and metro station Schollevaer and metro station Ambachtsland are both within walking distance (7 minutes & 12 minutes). From Schollevaer you can reach Rotterdam Centraal train station in about a quarter of an hour.
