By public transport, the offices in the Rivium can be reached via the Parkshuttle from the nearby Kralingse Zoom metro- & bus station, with direct connections to Rotterdam Centraal and Alexander.

The office building comprises a total of approximately 5,000 m² of office space spread over the ground floor up to and including the 10th floor. Currently, only approximately 1.5 floors are being offered for rent:

4th floor – approximately 540 m² lettable floor area – immediately available

Rental guarantee
To be provided prior to delivery of the space, amounting to a payment obligation of at least 3 months’ rent and service costs including VAT.

Rent review
Annually, for the first time one year after the commencement date of the lease, based on the change in the monthly index figure according to the consumer price index (CPI) series CPI-All Households (2015=100), published by Statistics Netherlands (CBS).

VAT
VAT will be charged on the rental price. If VAT cannot be charged, a surcharge to be determined will apply to the above-mentioned rental prices.
