Welcome to De Suikerfabriek, a unique experience centre located in the historic Havenkwartier (Harbour District) of Bergen op Zoom. Our monumental building has a beautifully restored exterior, while the interior boasts a modern and surprising design. This provides space for a variety of businesses that find a home here.

Bergen op Zoom is a city with a rich history and a beautiful environment to work in. De Suikerfabriek, formerly known as Interium, is conveniently located just a 10-minute walk from the centre. In addition, ample parking is available (for a fee) at our experience centre.

Our building is specially designed to house a range of companies in a pleasant working environment. It consists of various lockable office units, ranging in size from 10 to 150 square metres. We apply a unique philosophy here: by sharing the use of various facilities, we can keep costs low while encouraging interaction between businesses. Our shared facilities include a reception hall with staffed front desk, meeting rooms, kitchen, toilets, telephonist, switchboard, air conditioning, 24-hour access, wheelchair accessibility, heating and a cosy coffee area.
