Rent review
The rental price will be reviewed annually, for the first time one year after the rental commencement date, based on the change in the annual price index according to the consumer price index (CPI), series CPI All Households (2015=100), published by Statistics Netherlands (CBS).

VAT
The rental price will be subject to VAT.
The starting point is that the tenant uses the rented property for 90% or more for VAT-taxed activities throughout the entire period.
