The fully renovated office at Daalsesingel 51 in Utrecht has offered more than just office space since February 1, 2022. At DS51, social interaction, sustainability, mobility, and convenience are central. In addition to office spaces, there are flexible workspaces, meeting and event rooms, an impressive rooftop terrace, a central coffee bar, and an attractive lunch facility.

This fully equipped location offers an extensive range of services and is the perfect environment to work, network, collaborate, and attend inspiring events.

Hospitality and Services

DS51 offers everything you need for a productive day in the heart of Utrecht. A team of experts ensures a welcoming environment, so that every user gets the best possible experience. The broad range of services for DS51 users includes, among other things, a building manager, a barista, shared cars, business-class printers, and various phone booths.

In the basement of DS51 is the historic traditional “brown café” Daalder. This café, which has been there since the mid-1990s, was never previously accessible to the general public. It is a great place for an evening with colleagues after a day of meetings, or to throw a party for no particular reason. Think of organizing a pub quiz, karaoke night, or a Dutch sing-along (“smartlappen”) festival. Anything is possible, even on weekends.

Flexibility

DS51 accommodates all forms of working and collaborating. The building is laid out so that it can house both short-term and long-term workspaces, offers a wide range of meeting rooms, and is suitable for large and small events and workshops.

Sustainability

DS51 is committed to sustainability with solar panels, a sedum roof with 15,000 honeybees that contribute to biodiversity in the city, and a façade made of 100% recyclable material. Large windows allow plenty of light in, and climate ceilings ensure an optimal indoor climate. The interior is designed with sustainability as a starting point: timeless design reduces the need to quickly replace items, extending the lifespan of the interior. The spaces are furnished with 90% secondhand furniture that gets a new life at DS51.

DS51 has a BREEAM-NL “Excellent” certificate.

Accessibility

DS51 is accessible within approximately 10 minutes by car from the A2 exit at Oudenrijn interchange. The A12, A27, and A28 can also be reached from this interchange within a few minutes by car.

The office building is located very close to Utrecht Centraal Station and is excellently accessible by public transport. Amsterdam and Schiphol can be reached by train six times per hour within 30 minutes. The bus and tram station is approximately a 3-minute walk away.

Parking

Parking at DS51 is flexible and simple. This can be done per minute, per hour, or per month via partner ParkBee. Parking is available in the parking garage beneath the building.

The total size of the office building is approximately 8,310 m² v.v.o. and there are 100 parking spaces. Available office space as of January 1, 2024:
