Offices For You is an office concept built on the belief that office space is more than just a place to work — it’s a place ‘to meet, connect and engage with others’. Offices For You is characterised by its use of open spaces and a large social space. As a member, you have the option to work flexibly in the social space. As a tenant, you can welcome guests here in an informal setting. Around midday, it’s the place where fresh lunch is served.

At Offices For You, you rent the space you need and can rent additional workstations during the term of your contract. All office spaces are finished to a high standard and are furnished to your preferences with Offices For You furniture. In addition, all offices have WIFI and fibre-optic internet. The offices are cleaned regularly and accessible 24/7. More than 250 companies currently use Offices For You on a daily basis, including Salesforce.com, Motorola, IBS and Kony Solutions.

The Offices For You Utrecht location in Papendorp is very favourably situated, right on the A12 and A2, with a direct bus connection to Utrecht Centraal Station. Thanks to its excellent accessibility, high-quality appearance and park-like setting, it is the ultimate business location. The building is designed with extensive use of glass, creating a modern, pleasant and light-filled office environment. The area includes a day-care centre and a brasserie. There are also several shops and eateries within five minutes.

ACCESSIBILITY
Papendorp is easily accessible by both car and public transport. Papendorp has a direct on- and off-ramp on the A2 and the A12, and has a direct connection to the city centre via the spectacular Prins Clausbrug. Thanks to dedicated bus lanes, there are fast, high-frequency connections throughout the day to and from Utrecht CS, the public transport hub of the Netherlands. The first bus departs at 6.14am, the last at 12.51am. The journey takes approximately 15 minutes. The bus stop is a two-minute walk from the office building.

the building’s total lettable floor area is approximately 1,800 m², consisting of 55 “full service” office spaces, 140 workstations, 4 meeting rooms and approximately 300 m² of Social Space such as flexible workspaces and reception areas. At Offices For You Utrecht it is possible to rent office units from approximately 12 m², as well as various flexible workspaces.

PARKING
the total number of parking spaces at the property is 39. The parking spaces can be taken flexibly per day or per month. The price is €130.00 per month plus turnover tax, and €10.00 per day.

DELIVERY CONDITION
the rented space is delivered in its current condition and includes:

LEASE TERM
flexible lease terms possible from 3 (three) months.
