In building Hofplein 19 we can offer a fully furnished office floor featuring a modern and representative fit-out package.

Location details
Hofplein 19 is located on a beautiful landmark location in the “heart” of Rotterdam. Situated at the intersection of the Weena, the Schiekade and the Coolsingel, with the Hofplein fountain in the middle. This fountain has become the traditional place for celebrating important victories and will soon become a green city square.

Accessibility
By car, Hofplein 19 is excellently accessible for a city-centre location. Via the Schiekade and the Coolsingel/Maasboulevard you quickly and easily reach Rotterdam’s ring road. The Hofplein is located approximately a 5-minute walk from Central Station. Various bus, tram and metro stops are located near the square.

Approximately 1,411 m² of office space located on the 3rd floor. The office space will be delivered fully turn-key.

Parking
10 parking spaces belong to the office space, located in the directly adjacent parking garage of the Hofplein 20 building.

Delivery level
The available office floor has a clear height of almost 4 metres and features large window sections allowing daylight to be maximised. The size and height of the floor make it suitable for an innovative and efficient workplace concept.

Security
A payment obligation of at least 3 months’ rent including VAT.

Rent review
Annually, based on the change in the monthly index figure according to the consumer price index (CPI) series CPI-All Households (2025=100), published by Statistics Netherlands (CBS).

VAT
VAT will be charged on the rental price. If VAT cannot be charged, a surcharge to be determined will apply to the above rental prices.

Rental agreement
