Bank Guarantee
The tenant must provide the landlord with an irrevocable ROZ bank guarantee or deposit a security deposit equal to at least three months’ rent, service charges, and the VAT due on these amounts.
Lease Agreement
Lease agreement based on the standard model of the Dutch Real Estate Council (ROZ), 2025 version, with the accompanying general provisions and supplemented with provisions from the landlord.
