Description

The impressive Blaak House is the middle building of the three monumental bank buildings that together formed Rotterdam’s post-war financial district. The office of the ‘Nederlandsche Handel-Maatschappij’ (NHM) at Blaak House was built on the same site as the original 1917 building. And now, a century later, Blaak House is being transformed into a unique, contemporary office environment. In doing so, the solid, timeless design by Rotterdam architect Kees Elffers once again offers an inspiring, characterful workplace.

This building has an impressive entrance in a period style. The old bank vaults are still intact, the atrium is breathtaking, and the workspaces are inspiring.

The workspaces are fully equipped with high-speed internet and all the IT and telecom infrastructure you need. In the atrium you’ll find a bar where a barista makes the most delicious coffee for you and your guests. Besides workstations, we also offer full offices, meeting rooms and virtual offices. Every detail has been considered — there is even a barbershop in the building.

There are various spaces ranging from approx. 20 m² to approx. 65 m², with rental prices available on request.
