This location is situated in the nationally renowned MECC building. Here you’ll find a representative workspace right next to the A2, with the train station also just a short trip away by public transport. The lively Maastricht district of Randwyck, with its trendy restaurants, bars and charming shops, is within walking distance. The communal areas are cleaned once a week. You’re welcome to keep your own office tidy yourself, and a vacuum cleaner is available for general use. You can also make use of the pantry, which is equipped with a dishwasher, fridge, kettle and coffee machine (of course, you’re also free to bring your own facilities into your office). A meeting room is available for shared use. As a tenant, you are free to furnish your space however you like — after all, you spend more waking hours at work than at home, so it’s essential that it’s a pleasant place to work. If you prefer to rent furniture, that’s possible too, for just a small monthly fee. As an entrepreneur, you don’t want to commit to long-term obligations, which is why contracts can be cancelled on a monthly basis, so you’re never tied down for long if circumstances change.
