Parking
The office space on offer comes with parking spaces based on a very generous parking ratio of 1 parking space per approx. 50 m² of rented office space. The parking spaces are located in the underlying secured parking garage.

Rental price
The rental price for the office space is € 200 per m² per year, plus VAT and service costs. The rental price for the parking spaces is € 1,300 per space per year, plus VAT.

When determining the rental price, it is assumed that the tenant will permanently use the leased property for at least the minimum percentage set by law (or to be further determined) for activities that give the right to deduct VAT, such that a taxed lease can be opted for.

Service costs
The service costs are € 75 per m² per year plus VAT, based on an advance amount with annual reconciliation.

Accessibility is unquestionably excellent, with the A4/A44 (Amsterdam – The Hague – Rotterdam), and the A5 just a few minutes’ drive away. The NS train station is a short distance away and Schiphol Airport is reachable by car in 10 minutes.
