In the former office building of “the biggest family in the Netherlands”, the TROS, several business units are available. This is a characterful office building situated close to Hilversum’s town centre and within walking distance of the Media Park. The office building was built in 1920 and contains many charming details from the TROS’s heritage.

The office building has a good number of business units, ranging in size from approximately 30 m² to approximately 90 m². It is also possible to combine several office spaces. In addition, the office building has spacious archive space in the basement.

The office building is well accessible by car via the Lage Naarderweg. The "Hilversum, Beeld en Geluid" bus stop is located approximately 350 metres from the office building. Buses depart regularly from this stop towards Hilversum Centraal railway station.
