Weighting of the various criteria is based on demonstrability. Each selection criterion can score a maximum of 10 points. A maximum of 60 points can therefore be achieved.

Sint Agathaplein is located in the center of Delft, surrounded by a mix of historic and modern buildings. The square is easily accessible and attracts both local residents and tourists. The proximity of shops, hospitality venues, and cultural attractions makes it an attractive location for various businesses. Due to its central location, the surrounding area offers excellent commercial opportunities. The property is located at the entrance gate for tourists to the city center. The tour bus pick-up point is located opposite the building.
ACCESSIBILITY
Accessibility by both private and public transport is very good. Sint Agathaplein is located within walking distance of Delft Centraal Station. Approximately 35,000 passengers use the Centraal Station each day.
