Service charge advance

– costs relating to water consumption;
– inspection, testing, checks and maintenance of all installations and equipment belonging to the building;

– window cleaning of the exterior façade glazing as well as the glazing in the common areas;

– subscription to the security control room and alarm response service;
– subscription to the Rijnmond fire alarm response service;
– management/administration costs, 5% of all the above-mentioned supplies and services.

Rent guarantee
A bank guarantee or security deposit equal to a payment obligation of at least 3 months, including VAT, to be provided prior to delivery of the space.

Rent review
Annually, for the first time one year after the lease commencement date, based on the change in the monthly index figure according to the consumer price index (CPI) series CPI-All Households (2015=100), published by Statistics Netherlands (CBS).

VAT
VAT will be charged on the rental price. If VAT cannot be charged, a surcharge to be determined will apply to the above rental prices.
