The Villapark Rivium Parc Royale comprises around 10 small-scale buildings located in a park-like setting on the Rivium business park. The office villas are surrounded by water and greenery, making a refreshing break during the coffee pause or lunch an excellent option. Location Details

By public transport, Rivium is also easily accessible. There is a dedicated park shuttle with a stop 100 meters from the building, connecting the park with Kralingse Zoom metro station (8 min.) and Fascinatio / Brainpark III. On the property’s own (securable) grounds, sufficient parking spaces are available for rent based on a parking ratio of 1:50. In the immediate vicinity, free parking is available along the public road within Rivium business park.
