Rental price

Rental price for parking spaces

Lease agreement
Lease agreement based on the standard model of the Dutch Council for Real Estate (ROZ), 2025 version, together with the related general provisions supplemented with special provisions.

Rent review
Annually, for the first time one year after the lease commencement date, based on the change in the monthly price index according to the consumer price index (CPI) series “CPI-All Households” (2025=100), published by Statistics Netherlands (CBS).

Rent guarantee
The tenant must pay a deposit equal to a payment obligation of 3 (three) months’ all-in rental price, plus VAT.

VAT
The starting point when entering into a lease agreement is that the tenant uses the leased property for at least the legally required minimum percentage, or more, for VAT-taxed supplies. If, due to the tenant’s actions, VAT-taxed letting cannot be opted for, or if at any time a situation arises on the tenant’s side as a result of which this starting point can no longer be honoured, the tenant is obliged to compensate the landlord for the resulting disadvantage, and the rental price will be increased by an amount to be determined.
