Marktstraat 1-7 is housed in a modern building with ample parking. It’s a pleasant place to work, and the building is equipped with every convenience. The office units are lockable, and you don’t share your space with other companies. You can move into your office within 1 week.

There are 2 meeting rooms for shared use. As a tenant, you’re also free to furnish your space as you see fit. After all, you spend more hours at work than at home, so it’s essential that it’s a pleasant workspace. Would you like your office furnished? That’s possible! For a few tens of euros a month you get a fully furnished office. We also arrange the WiFi, and the price includes service charges. As an entrepreneur, you don’t want to enter into long commitments, and we understand that. That’s why our contracts are cancellable monthly, so you’re never tied down for long if circumstances change. Would you like more certainty? Then you can also sign a long-term lease. This will also lower the rent.

The common areas are cleaned once a week. You keep your own office tidy yourself; a vacuum cleaner is available for general use. You can also use the pantry, which is equipped with every convenience. We want you to feel at home. After all, you spend quite a lot of time in your office.
