Europalaan 16 in Alphen aan den Rijn has offered high-quality office space since 1994, with a total of 7,200 m² available. Whether you are a starting entrepreneur or an established company, we have a suitable workplace for you. Our flexible office spaces grow along with your needs. You can choose to fit out your office yourself or leave it to us.

For those not yet looking for office space, there is the Europalaan 16 Membership: a (flex) workplace on a subscription basis including all services and facilities.

Rent Review

Annually, for the first time one year after the commencement date of the lease agreement, based on the change in the monthly index figure according to the consumer price index (CPI) series “all households” (2006=100), published by Statistics Netherlands (CBS).

Security Deposit

Upon signing the lease agreement, the tenant provides a bank guarantee equal to at least three calendar months’ rent and any service charges, plus the VAT due on this amount.
