The neighbourhood is bordered by the Schiekade, the Bergweg, the Noordsingel, the Heer Bokelweg and the Pompenburg. The Agniesebuurt is the smallest neighbourhood in the Rotterdam-Noord district. This smallest neighbourhood is also home to the largest school: the Technicon complex. This building also houses the Hofplein Youth Theatre. A defining feature is the arches of the Hofpleinlijn, which runs straight through the neighbourhood. Around the corner from the building is the Eudokiaplein shopping centre. Accessibility by car is good, with the on- and off-ramps of the A20 and A13 motorways located a short distance from the office building. The office building is also easily accessible by public transport. The tram stop and bus stop are located at the front of the office building. Central Station is within walking distance.
