Campus Offices recently opened its sixth location in the Netherlands, located at Hambakenwetering 1 in ‘s-Hertogenbosch. Campus Offices focuses on developing and bringing out the best in your business, and creates a modular space for this purpose where working goes hand in hand with meeting, moving, growing and relaxing.

The office building consists of seven floors and three wings, with various office spaces in different sizes that can be delivered turn-key. Besides these spaces, some larger units are also available. Please contact us for current availability.

At Campus Offices you benefit from various advantages, including excellent accessibility and ample parking on site. You can make use of shared facilities and amenities, such as a social hub, informal meeting areas, workstations, meeting and lunch rooms, a fitness room, games room and co-working space. Relaxation facilities are also available, including an outdoor sports area, terrace, fitness room and a staffed bar. In addition, a location manager is always present. The office spaces are delivered in a renovated shell-and-core condition, and it is possible to rent the spaces turn-key.

The office building comprises approx. 7,500 m² of office space. Approx. 4,100 m² of office space is currently available for rent, located on the 2nd, 3rd, 4th, 5th and 6th floors.

The office is located on the Hambaken business park in Den Bosch and consists of 1 large office building. The location is next to the A59 and is very easily accessible by car. Den Bosch Centraal train station can easily be reached by bus in 14 minutes, and the bus station is just a stone's throw away. With ample parking, this business premises offers the perfect meeting location. We offer meeting rooms for 2 up to 40 people.
