The building
The Prins & Keizer building is one of the tallest buildings in the Amsterdam city centre. The name Prins & Keizer refers to the location of the Vijzelstraat between the Prinsengracht and the Keizersgracht. The Vijzelstraat is part of ‘De Rode Loper’ (The Red Carpet): the continuous route straight through the city centre, between Centraal Station and Station Zuid. It is located 2 minutes’ walk from the Noord-Zuidlijn Vijzelgracht stop. In and around the Vijzelstraat there are numerous lunch and dinner venues, shops, galleries, supermarkets and other offices.

Prins & Keizer is a modern office building with a flexible layout. There is a staffed reception on the ground floor, where various meeting rooms and a company restaurant can also be found. The eighth floor houses the Skylounge with a fantastic roof terrace, which can be booked via reception. For a number of years, Prins & Keizer has been a shared office building housing, among others, Flink and Spotify.
