An office building of the highest quality, with a beautiful lobby with reception, various flexible workspaces and options for receiving visitors informally. UP also houses an extensive restaurant, UP-town, with a wonderful view, and of course the Start-UP Coffeebar. In addition, UP office building has a brand-new meeting centre on the ground floor. Beneath the building you’ll find a very spacious car park that provides direct indoor access to the building. This building offers the option to rent fully furnished offices or a flexible workspace, both with flexible contracts. For larger companies, we have several floors available. These can be fitted out according to your own wishes.
