The INIT building consists of an urban plinth at street level, which houses the Amsterdam Centrum district office and features various plinth spaces for commercial use.

The main entrance is located at street level, providing access to the second ground level above, which contains the storage areas and the internal car park. On this second level, within the transparent outer façade, stand 11 buildings, each three storeys high.

By combining floors, both horizontally and vertically, all kinds of layouts can be created, accessed via so-called service units. These service units house the lifts, stairs, toilets and pantries, as well as offering the possibility of creating reception desks.

A total of approximately 109 m² of lettable office space is available for rent, located on the 1st floor. It is also possible to sublet this space, for the period up to 1 March 2024.

Parking
Parking spaces within the building itself can be rented by arrangement. Next to the building is a car park where tenants can also obtain parking spaces.

By public transport
Stops for trams 7 and 10, the IJ tram, and bus line 32 are all within easy walking distance of the INIT building.

By car
The INIT building is easily accessible from outside the city via the A10 ring road, exit S114, and the Piet Hein tunnel. The Oostenburgereiland is also easily accessible from the city centre via the Piet Heinkade, the Wittenburger and Oostenburgergracht, or via the Sarphatistraat.
