DISTRICT WEST

Close to Amsterdam Sloterdijk station and Amsterdam city centre, District West offers a vibrant working and living environment with more than 50,000 m² of flexible office space, equipped with high-quality services and facilities and designed according to high ESG standards.

Our goal is an inviting and CO2-neutral District West. We strive for the highest achievable certifications and continue to implement sustainability throughout the lifespan of the campus, focusing on creating connections between people.

LIGHTHOUSE

Lighthouse has been extended and transformed into a sustainable and flexible multi-tenant building with a spectacular panoramic view. The extension has been built entirely in timber, with various roof terraces, and includes a restaurant and a business & meeting center. DW02 will receive the BREEAM Very Good certification and energy label A+++.

The building has a total size of 13,500 m². Spaces are available from 20 m² in the business center. An office floor covers approximately 1,250 m², divided into a wing of approximately 525 m² and approximately 725 m².

PROGRAMMING AND MANAGEMENT
The on-site management of District West takes care of organising numerous activities such as sport, art, culture and entertainment that invite people to connect with one another. An environment with a special mix of companies and employees who meet and inspire each other.

HOSPITALITY AND SERVICES
Booking an event space or organising an annual summer BBQ? The DW manager arranges it for you. Dry cleaning, events, sports activities, delivery service and catering can all be easily arranged via the District West community app.

MEETINGS AND EVENTS
The company restaurant in Lighthouse, the public square, the social domain in Warehouse; District West offers various locations for organising all kinds of events.

SUSTAINABILITY
The goal is to achieve a climate-neutral District West. To reach this goal, driving electric, cycling or travelling by public transport is encouraged.
We monitor and share ESG data, use timber constructions, facilitate a CO2-free heating network and use smart technology to reduce energy consumption.
